Plan Ahead: Christmas Lab Closure 2025-2026
It’s that time of year again! As the festive season approaches, our Calibration team will be taking a short break over Christmas to recharge and get our equipment ready for another busy year ahead.
Please note the following important dates:
- Our labs will close on Friday, 19 December 2025, and will reopen on Monday, 12 January 2025.
- If you need your instrument back before Christmas, please ensure it arrives by Thursday, 4 December 2025.*
Any instruments received after this date may not be processed until our labs reopen in mid-January, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a pre-Christmas turnaround for units arriving after this deadline.
We also offer fast-track calibrations (subject to availability). Please contact our Calibration team in advance to confirm availability if you’d like to arrange this service.

*This date applies for calibrations and minor repairs performed at our Melbourne labs only; if your unit needs to be sent overseas for calibration, please contact our team to discuss. Units received for local calibration after this date will not be able to be returned before the end of the year.
