At Kenelec Scientific, we greatly value the long-standing partnerships we have built with our customers and the trust you place in us to support your calibration and service requirements. Our goal has always been to provide dependable technical support and services, accurate results and responsive turnaround times.
Effective 1 March 2026, we will be implementing an update to our calibration and service pricing structure. Please find the revised pricing schedule here.
As operating costs continue to increase, we have undertaken a careful review of our pricing to ensure we can maintain service quality while keeping adjustments measured and responsible. We are conscious that our customers face similar pressures, and we have worked to strike a practical balance between sustainability and affordability.
As part of this update, we have simplified our pricing structure for all Australia Post Zone 1 and 2 delivery areas in Australia. Where applicable, freight and handling costs will now be incorporated into the calibration price rather than itemised separately.
This approach will:
- Provide clearer, more predictable pricing
- Reduce administration and internal approval steps
- Minimise delays associated with freight processing
- Support more efficient instrument turnaround
Our intention is not only to maintain service standards, but to streamline how we work together and reduce unnecessary complexity wherever possible.
