A new webinar from TSI is now available to view:

Webinar: Dust Monitoring & Compliance with South Coast AQMD Rule 1466

Within the South Coast Air Quality Management District (South Coast AQMD) region, any owner or operator conducting earth-moving activities of soil with applicable toxic air contaminants must comply with Rule 1466 to help offset fugitive dust emissions. The provisions in Rule 1466 include ambient PM10 monitoring, recordkeeping, dust control measures, notifications and signage.

Join TSI and the South Coast AQMD for a webinar and learn about the requirements for compliance, approved instruments for monitoring, and get answers to some frequently asked questions.

Presenters:

  • Uyen-Uyen Vo
Program Supervisor, Planning, Rule Development & Area Resources, South Coast AQMD
  • Steve Boehm
    Senior Global Product Manager, TSI
  • Andy Christopher
    Regional Sales Manager, TSI

Head to the TSI website for more information and to watch the webinar.

While this webinar is focused on Californian rules and regulations, some of the recommendations made may be suitable to your own situation. Be sure to check and comply with your local rules and regulations when it comes to dust monitoring.
