Discontinuation of AirPro Meters & AirPro Mobile App Subscriptions:

Effective immediately, TSI will be discontinuing the AirPro™ Solutions line including AirPro Meters & AirPro Mobile App Subscriptions:

The following products have been discontinued.

  • AirPro Meters
    • AP500 Ventilation Meter Only, No Probes
    • AP800 Micromanometer Meter Only
    • AP800 micromanometer meter only with accredited calibration
  • AP500 Probes
    • VT-S: Air velocity Probe, Straight, Velocity and Temperature
    • VT-S-AC: Air velocity probe, straight, velocity and temperature with accredited calibration
    • VT-A: Air velocity Probe, Articulated, Velocity and Temperature
    • VT-A-AC: Air velocity probe, articulated, velocity and temperature with accredited calibration
    • VTH-S: Air velocity Probe, Straight, Velocity, Temperature and humidity
    • VTH-S-AC: Air velocity probe, straight, velocity, temperature and humidity with accredited calibration
    • VTH-A: Air velocity Probe, Articulated, Velocity, Temperature and Humidity
    • VTH-A-AC: Air velocity probe, articulated, velocity, temperature and humidity with accredited calibration
    • TH-S: Theromhygrometer Probe, Straight, Temperature and humidity
    • TH-S-AC: Thermohygrometer probe, straight, temperature and humidity with accredited calibration
  • AirPro Mobile App
    • APFS-A-AL: AirPro Mobile Advanced – 1 Year License
    • APFS-A-LTL: AirPro Mobile Advanced – Long Term License
    • APFS-P-AL: AirPro Mobile Professional – 1 Year License
    • APFS-P-LTL: AirPro Mobile Professional – Long Term License

AirPro Mobile App:
TSI will no longer be providing support for the AirPro Mobile App. Current customers with active 1-year license subscriptions will no longer be renewed after their subscriptions expire.

AirPro License Manager:
The AirPro License Manager (my.tsi.com) will continue to be active to manage existing license subscriptions and hardware.  However, purchasing additional license subscriptions has been discontinued.

Pending Orders:
Existing meter orders will be processed, but we will not be accepting new orders. Any pending orders for new AirPro Mobile App license subscriptions will be cancelled.

Calibration & Repair Services:
We are committed to supporting our existing customers, and therefore, repair services will remain available for the next five (5) years or until our parts inventory has been depleted, whichever comes first.  Calibration services will be available for the next seven (7) years.
