Mon 4 Oct – extended delivery period for rental products and calibrated instruments.

Please note – due to a recent increase in COVID-19 outbreaks affecting several companies across Australia’s shipping network, the delivery period for rental products and calibrated instruments might be extended.  We’ll continue to monitor the situation and will update you of any further changes on this page.

Mon 15 Feb – return of Stage 4 restrictions in Victoria

Late last week, the Victorian Government recently reinstated Stage 4 restrictions across the state.

We’d like to reassure you that Kenelec Scientific are open and operating, and will continue to provide sales, service, calibration, rental and technical support to AU and NZ during this lock down (although a lot of us will be working remotely).

Thu 6 Aug 2020 – Victorian Stage 4 restrictions

This week, the Victorian Government announced restrictions on business operation in light of stage 4 restrictions being introduced across the state.

This is a complex and rapidly-changing situation, and we have been working through what this will mean for our business and how this may impact the services we can provide you over this time. After thorough review, we’d like to reassure you – it’s currently business as usual. We will continue to be providing sales, service, calibration, rental and technical support to AU and NZ, and even though we cannot provide this face-to-face right now, we are committed to making your customer experience as smooth as possible during this difficult time.

Mon 23 Mar 2020 – At the moment, business as usual

• As of right now, Kenelec Scientific is open for business as usual. This includes our sales, rental and servicing departments, as well as our Warehouse for inward and outward deliveries.

• The only delays we are experiencing continues to be for TSI PortaCount Respirator Fit Testers; the latest update from TSI is that lead time will continue to be 6-8 weeks. All other products can be expected as per standard lead times.

• Saying that, given the rapid rate at which things has been changing over the past few weeks, we are continuing to monitor the situation closely and will update if things change and as more information becomes available.
