ACCUBALANCE Air Capture Hoods

Models 8371, 8372, and 8373
TSI’s ACCUBALANCE® and ACCUBALANCE Plus Air Capture Hoods measure air volume flowing through registers, diffusers and grilles. Weighing just seven and a half pounds, these air capture hoods are easy to carry, lift and use. Simply hold the ACCUBALANCE up to a diffuser or grille and read direct supply or exhaust airflow on the large digital display.

ACCUBALANCE Capture Hood Model 8375

The TSI 8375 Capture Hood is a multipurpose electronic air balancing instrument for reading air volume flow at diffusers, and grilles. It is ideally suited for commissioning agents, facilities managers, health and safety specialists, test engineers,and test and balance professionals. This ultra light weight, ergonomically designed kit saves time and money while helping to create a healthy and energy efficient environment.

Air Velocity Meters VELOCICALC™ Plus

Models 8384, 8385, 8386 - TSI's VELOCICALC Plus Meters simultaneously measure and data log several ventilation parameters using a single probe with multiple sensors.
The Model 8384 measures velocity, temperature, and calculates volumetric flowrate.
The Model 8385 adds a pressure measurement for static pressure and Pitot tube readings.
The Model 8386 adds a humidity measurement as well as performs dew point, wet bulb temperature, and heat flow calculations.

CERTIFIER Air Velocity Calibrator

TSI's Model 8392 CERTIFIER Air Velocity Calibrator gives you reliable and convenient in-house calibrations at a reasonable cost.The CERTIFIER is ideal whenever frequent, accurate, air velocity calibrations are required. Having a CERTIFIER on site avoids the delays associated with sending the instrument to an outside calibration facility. Calibrations can be performed at your convenience as often as necessary.

DP-CALC Micromanometers

The DP-CALC 5815 and 5825 micromanometers allow you to easily make HVAC pressure measurements. These robust instruments can be used with Pitot probes to measure duct velocity. The DP-CALC 5815 is a simple to operate, hand held digital Micromanometer for fast, accurate differential and static pressure measurements. The high performance DP-CALC 5825 can calculate flow and has data logging capabilities.

Micromanometers DP-CALC™ Model 8710

TSI's DP-CALC Micromanometers allow you to easily make HVAC pressure measurements. The DP-CALC measures static, total, and velocity pressures as well as pressure drops across filters, coils, fans, and diffusers. The microprocessor-based DP-CALC uses the latest electronic pressure transducer technology, eliminating sensitivity due to the orientation of the meter. Each model of the DP-CALC combines a lightweight and durable design with an easy-to-read display.

Thermohygrometers TH-CALC™

Models 8720, 8722
TSI's TH-Calc™ Meters are excellent hand-held diagnostic instruments for measuring temperature and humidity.
The Model 8720 measures temperature and humidity, and also calculates dew point.
The Model 8722 adds data logging, and performs wet bulb temperature, absolute humidity, humidity ratio and % outside air calculations. TH-Calc Meters are ideal for conducting thermal comfort studies and Ventilation Testing/Balancing evaluations.

VELOCICALC Multi-Function Instruments

The Model 9555 series are portable, hand held, Multi-Function Ventilation Test Instruments. These instruments are available with or without a differential pressure sensor and are designed to work with a wide range of plug-in probes. The probes allow users to make various measurements by simply plugging in a different probe that has the features and functions best suited for a particular application. They are designed to measure air velocity, temperature, humidity, CO and CO2. Calculations include air flow, heat flow, turbulence, wet bulb and dew point temperature.

The probes can be ordered at any time and include a datasheet with certificate of traceability. When its time for servicing, only the probe needs to be returned since all the calibration data is stored within the probe.

VELOCICALC Rotating Vane Anemometer

The VELOCICALC 5725 is a high performance, yet simple to use, rotating vane anemometer. High accuracy and reliability make the VELOCICALC 5725 the professional’s ideal tool for measuring unevenly distributed or fluctuating flows through heating and cooling coils, diffusers, grilles, and filters.

It accurately measures air velocity and temperature, calculates flow rate, performs averaging, and can determine minimum and maximum readings. Using sweep mode you can quickly provide one averaged reading of velocity or volume over a large measurement area. The large vane head automatically averages velocity and volume readings. The VELOCICALC 5725 includes variable time constant, sampling and statistics functions and data logging capability.

VELOCICALC Thermal Anemometers

Models 9535, 9535-A, 9545 and 9545-A
The Models 9535 and 9545 thermal anemometers are like having multiple meters—for the price of just one. These meters simultaneously measure and data log several ventilation parameters using a single probe with multiple sensors. Both models measure velocity, temperature and calculate flow. The Model 9545 also measures relative humidity, and calculates dew point, and wet bulb temperature. Models 9535 and 9545 have telescopic straight probes; Models 9535-A and 9545-A have telescopic articulated probes.

VELOCICHECK Thermal Anemometers

The Models 9515 and 9525 are the economical choice for a digital Air Velocity Meter, without compromising accuracy or precision. Professionals find them the ideal tool for face velocity measurements in fume hoods, spray booths, or for IAQ and ventilation system checks. The Model 9515 features a 40-inch (101.6 cm) telescoping integrated probe for difficult to reach measurements.
