Suspended Solids and Temperature Field Transmitter - Acteon 2050

The ACTEON 2050, when installed on in site in an aeration basin, provides continuous monitoring of the biomass concentration.

Applications :
Activated sludges and slurries monitoring and regulation.
Sludge and slurry recycling monitoring.
Suspended matter monitoring in high concentration sludge effluents.

Depending on the sludge nature and concentration, different infrared optical sensors with absorption measurement are available (up to 20 g/l), with or without automatic cleaning.

Features & Benefits

  • Sturdy, Watertight, Easy to install
  • Widescreen Graphic Display: Instant Measurements, Trend line, Calibration State
  • Quick and Simple Intuitive Programming
  • 4-20 mA outputs, programmable Replays

Applications

Using the new ACTEON 2050 as a fixed unit optimizes the measurement and regulation processes of
suspended solids in the following fields:

  • Wastewater treatment, (input/output controls, aeration and anoxic tanks, sludge return, etc.)
  • Industrial effluent treatment (input/output controls, biological treatment regulation, etc.)
