Liquid Particle Counters

Automated Parenteral Sampling System - APSS-2000

The APSS-2000 syringe sampling system sizes and counts suspended particulate matter in a wide range of liquids and meets or exceeds all current USP, EP, and JP requirements. Recipe functions allow the APSS 2000 to adapt to future regulatory changes.  The APSS-2000 system consists of an SLS-1000 syringe sampler, a LiQuilaz® E20P light obscuration spectrometer and SamplerSight-Pharma software, allowing reports to meet 21CFR-11 “Electronic Records and Signatures” rulings.

Corrosive Liquid Particle Counter - CLS 1000

The CLS-1000 chemical particle counter is a compression sampler combined with a Liquistat volumetric particle counter for measuring liquid chemicals up to 90 degrees C. Built-in safety features such as leak detection and purge air make it ideal for integration into a wet bench for use with dangerous solvents and acids. Designed for versatility and reliability, the system can be located on a cart for increased mobility when sampling from process to process. The compression sampler eliminates erratic data problems due to bubbles in effervescent or hot chemicals. The CLS-1000 chemical particle counter is fully compliant with the new SEMI C1 standard for particle measurement of process chemicals.

Corrosive Liquid Particle Counter - CLS700T

A compression sampler combined with a LiQuilaz® s-series volumetric particle counter for measuring most liquid chemicals up to 150°C. Designed for versatility and reliability, the system can be integrated into a wet bench for continuous particle monitoring or located on a cart for increased mobility when sampling from process to process. The compression sampler eliminates erratic data problems due to bubbles found in effervescent and hot corrosive chemicals.

Liquid Optical Particle Counter - HSLIS M50e

The HSLIS e-series provides continuous, real-time monitoring of contamination levels in DI water and process chemicals. The combination of high sensitivity and low cost makes it ideal when large numbers of sensors and/or long term trending are required. The HSLIS e-series has sizing sensitivity down to 0.05 microns in DI water and 0.065 microns in process chemicals. Integration of the HSLIS e-series into Particle Measuring Systems’ Facility Net software provides an economical way to monitor multiple flow systems as well as dedicated local display and control capabilities.

Particle Counters (UL1604 Compatible Available) - HSLIS M65

HSLIS M65 and HSLIS M65 UL1604 liquid particle counters allow continuous, real-time monitoring of fluid particle contamination levels in Class I, Div II environments. Reduce costs with particle counters that can be installed without modification into these critical monitoring areas. Sizing sensitivity of 0.065 µm. Easily integrates into Facility Net software to provide an economical way to monitor multiple flow systems.

UL1604 Compatible Particle Counters - Liquilaz - 1

LiQuilaz® UL1604 compatible particle counters allow continuous, real-time monitoring of fluid particle contamination levels in Class I, Div II environments. Reduce costs with particle counters that can be installed without modification into these critical monitoring areas. Volumetric sampling with sizing sensitivities as low as 0.2 μm reduces sample time required to achieve statistical significance. Easily integrates into Facility Net software to provide an economical way to monitor multiple flow systems.

Liquid Particle Counter - Liquilaz

LiQuilaz® particle counters are volumetric monitors with a variety of sizing sensitivities as low as 0.2 microns. They provide high precision analysis for most process chemicals including hydrofluoric acid and hot, corrosive chemicals up to 150°C.   Volumetric liquid particle counters offer the highest precision possible by measuring 100% sample volumes (up to 80 ml/min) so that short sampling intervals can be utilized without sacrificing statistical significance.

Liquid Particle Counter - Liquistat

The Liquistat® liquid particle counter uses volumetric sampling for high precision particle analysis. The patented "Inviscid Jet" technology is a unique optical design providing superior sensitivity. The Liquistat Particle Counter eliminates background noise caused by the scattering of the laser light on a sample cell window by injecting the sample into a windowless cavity and sampling only in this region.

Syringe Sampling System - SLS-1000

The Syringe Sampling System with LiQuilaz particle counter is used to size and count suspended particulate matter in liquids. These systems are ideal for applications where precise, small volume sampling is needed. The system consists of a syringe sampler for either corrosive or non-corrosive liquids, a particle counter for different sizing sensitivities, and software.

Parts Cleanliness Testing Station - Surfex

Surfex is a completely integrated testing station designed to measure particle levels on any type of part. Surfex uniquely combines ultrasonic extraction, particle measurement, high-purity fluidics, and automated software control to reduce testing time and therefore reduce the cost of parts testing. High throughput provides the ability to increase the number of tests performed, and therefore increases the confidence that out-of-spec parts are identified before they adversely affect final product quality or safety.
