Measurement and Evaluation of Whole-Body Vibration - Evec

The evec is an easy and cost-effective:wireless and standardized measurement of whole-body vibration. evec was designed to facilitate the measurement and evaluation of whole-body vibration. evec offers advanced technology which can be learned easily and quickly, even by untrained users.  The seat sensor, including its integrated memory, is just placed on the driver's seat – without having to be mounted mechanically and without needing any disturbing cables.

Excieo Environmental Vibration System

Vibration equipment designed for the tough rigours of outdoors, the Environmental Vibration System has Pro-DX Excieo vibration meter with the weatherproof case designed for long term vibration analysis. Vibration monitoring made easy with the GA2005M Excieo multifunction vibration meter in a battery powered weatherproof case which keeps the meter safe and operational in all weathers. Supplied with all required cables, accelerometer and an environmental ground block this vibration equipment is designed for long term environmental vibration monitoring.

Excieo General Purpose Vibration System

This general purpose Excieo vibration meter system includes a rugged accelerometer and cable along with a spike probe, PC software and an attaché case. The Meter boasts multiple frequency filters covering a wide range of applications. It has large data-logging capabilities with the option of recording time-histories, useful in Environmental measurements. This rugged instrument is also incredibly simple to use with good battery life and fast download to a PC via USB.

Excieo Hand-Arm and Whole-Body Measurement System

The VK026 System contains the GA2005, Excieo Vibration Meter, accelerometers, cables, software and kit case and, as such comprises everything required for the assessment of human vibration to the ‘Control of Vibration at Work Regulations 2005’. The GA2005 has the ability to measure Hand-Arm and Whole-Body Vibration with all the relevant filters. It also has the ability to measure vibration for a much wider range of applications. It has large data-logging capabilities with the option of recording time-histories, which are especially important for unattended Whole Body measurements. This rugged instrument is also incredibly simple to use with good battery life and fast download to a PC via USB (software included).

The VK024 System contains the GA2005, Excieo Vibration Meter, accelerometers, cables, software and kit case and, as such comprises everything required for the assessment of Hand-Arm vibration to the ‘Control of Vibration at Work Regulations 2005’. The GA2005 has the ability to measure Hand-Arm and Whole-Body Vibration (sensor not included in this kit!) with all the relevant filters. Pocket Vibration Kit

The Pocket Vibration Kits are designed for companies who need to take measurements and check employee risks with Hand Arm measurements and make the basic measurements in vibration monitoring.  The two kits are based on the Castle Group GA2002 and GA2003 pocket vibration meters which measure acceleration, velocity and displacement or HARM® levels giving you the opportunity to check on industrial vibration tests to help prevent equipment damage or exceed safe environment level or measure the risk to employees from the use of equipment such as power tools.
