Calibration of Particle Counters in compliance with ISO 21501-3 for liquid-borne counters and ISO 21501-4 for air-borne counters, using polystyrene latex spheres (PSL) of nominal sizes 0.30 μm to 30 μm, with least uncertainties of measurement of:

3.5 % of particle count for liquid borne particle counters
5.9 % of particle count for air borne particle counters
