Fixed, Continuous Hydrogen Flux Monitor - Hydrosteel 7000

Hydrosteel 7000 is a fixed, totally non-intrusive device for the continuous monitoring of hydrogen flux at highly critical sites within petrochemical and gas production and petrochemical refining operations.  Hydrogen flux measurement relates directly to active sour and HF corrosion at <100 °C, and any acid corrosion (e.g. sulfide/napthenic acid) at higher temperatures, and is designed for fixed monitoring on steel surfaces subject to these corrosion scenarios, such as in sour gas wells, lines, storage facilities and treatment plants, amine and alkylation units, distillation columns, outlets and heat exchangers (NAC), and cracking unit overheads.

Self Contained System - SCS

These products are systems that are called self contained because they include a controller and one or two sensors in one package. One of the sensors can be mounted integrally, both can be mounted remotely, or a combination. There is alarm indication at the controller for each channel and some units offer an optional digital display of concentration. Two relay outputs are included which are used to activate ventilation fans or remote alarm lights or horns.

Transmitter - BST BACnet

CET makes rugged, reliable analog transmitters in several configurations to suit many different applications. They are available with a variety of sensor types to detect a wide range of gases, including electrochemical, catalytic, infrared and solid state. Several enclosure options are available to meet the environmental requirements. CET analog transmitters feature 4 to 20 mA linear output signals, automatic thermal resetting fuse and LED indication for power and alarm. Options include a field settable dry contact relay and a local digital display. Calibration and maintenance procedures are simple and are easily performed in the field.
