Molecular Monitors

Surface Molecular Contamination Monitor - AIM 200

The newest development in monitoring molecular contamination using Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) technology. A high frequency, temperature controlled SAW sensor detects miniscule changes in mass on critical surfaces caused by interaction of organic and inorganic contaminants.

Calibration Station - AirSentry II - 1

Particle Measuring Systems’ Calibration Station provides an accurate gasphase standard for calibration of ion mobility spectrometers (IMS) or other gas analyzers. Using a NIST traceable permeation device, the calibration station reliably delivers known concentrations of a calibration gas to an AirSentry® II IMS analyzer. At a known and constant temperature, NIST traceable permeation devices output a constant gas concentration for a given compound. Temperature, pressure, and flow control within the calibration station are all precisely maintained to ensure an accurate calibration, which translates to analyzer detection results you can count on.

Point-of-Use Ion Mobility Spectrometer - AirSentry II - 2

  • Particle Measuring Systems’ newest Airborne Molecular Contamination (AMC) monitor, the AirSentry® II monitor, was designed with performance in mind.  The new Ion Mobility Spectrometry (IMS) cell provides art-per-trillion (ppt) sensitivity, fast response, and increased selectivity. Continuous coverage of a critical monitoring point and a central software platform allow for easy data acquisition and analysis. By maximizing the value of contamination information delivered, including high-sensitivity uninterrupted data, the AirSentry II monitor allows smarter decisions to be made for locating, controlling, and preventing molecular contamination.
