INSIGHT V3V 4G

The INSIGHT V3V 4G software platform now uses the Windows7 64-bit Operating System for fast and robust image capture and analysis of V3V measurements. The computer system used with INSIGHT V3V 4G offers expandable RAM up to 128 GB for long image capturing and accurate flow statistics, while providing details of instantaneous flow structures quickly and accurately. Setting up the software is quick and easy, with results ready in less than an hour.

  • Full volumetric instantaneous velocity fields in a volume up to 140 x 140 x 100 mm.
  • Continuous image capture at full frame rate up to 6 minutes
  • Extremely fast processing times, full velocity volume in less than 5 minutes!
  • Fully-automated calibration accurately moves calibration target and captures all images without the need for user input after pressing "Start"!
  • User access to all advanced processing parameters, as desired.
  • Integrated Matlab based visualization package including isosurfaces, slices, streamlines, etc…
  • Visualization calculations of flow quantities, including, Vorticity, Qcriterion, Swirl , and many others.
